You keep saying there is that much free cash flow. They will be having certian expenses such as

1. repaying the $137 million dollar loan for MRC
2. $250 million starting in 2020 for the phase 2 expansion
3. pay out 40% of pre tax profits to the partner in MRC for touquoy and beaver dam ( Page 101 of phase 2 expansion for reference) or buyout in 18 months.. 700000 ounces at $1000 profit per oz. ( your figure) is life of mine profits of  $70,000,000 and the partners get $28,000,000. what would they take for a buyout.
4. 225000 onces hedged at $1550 cdn reduces free cash flow.

I am in from $.80 and agree that the long term prospects are good, but the dividends wont be coming until at least 2023 afte phase 2 is producing for a while
