Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Ignore the noise

RE:RE:Ignore the noiseI read the articles. Andy DeFrancesco made a ton of money. But that’s what happens when you choose to RTO all your weed stocks on top of his mining companies

what surprises you about this exactly ? Rich people getting richer ?

in other news .....water is wet.

You really think the deal would have closed today with the blessing of regullators ? It was fast tracked. Supposed to close in April.

The Hindenburg has a track record of being an anonymous shorting firm. No human attached his name to any of that.  They have already tweeted today that after the deal closed they are “moving on”. Already found another company to go attack. Guess they weren’t all that outraged after all. Covered NUU. Made money. Rinse repeat.

Vic has clearly pissed a bunch of people off. He’s earning himself this bad publicity with his silence. Let’s see what comes out next week. Frankly, I’m surprised you are concerned about this.
