RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:OMG what a airhead The bonds were for wastewater. Typically when returned, the dollars are appropriated for other projects lower down the list that were previously unfunded. So no, that money is gone. Whether there is now other funds available for wastewater projects through the State of Idaho is unknown to us at this time. If applied for, we would likely hear that news.
