Hotel: leased, Casio: leased, Costco: leased etc etc.  Large capital costs or small EVERYONE is LEASING!


The Commercial Development Plan is for the Airport / Surrounding Lands., they can't just go buy some farmland 20 miles away and set up that kind of an operation, even if they wanted to.Very smart of Aurora to set up there. Everyone knows that except you. I think you know that as well but you are to busy twisting the facts and printing false / misleading information.
