RE:RE:RE:RE RE GOLDHUNTER

RE:RE:RE:RE RE GOLDHUNTER
mikenooks wrote: I feel we see a sale between 40 and 50 cents per share, and depending on who is the ultimate buyer will determine the cash and share offer.

Rationale

I expect to see 3 to 4 million oz. The fact sheet says 2.3 million oz and growing, so I expect to see those totals get up over 3 million.

$60 dollar per ounce on the low side of an offer, with folks already saying it will likely be between $60 - 100.

Best guess at this point is 300 million all in (conservative estimate). Kaminak in the Yukon sold for $520 million for about 3 million ounces in 2016. This property not as remote and lots of activity in the Val d'Or area.

I agree on the valuation you are making but it really depends on what the RE says. I also think it will indicate 3m+. Without the RE, however, these are all guesstimates. I get the feeling we are being kept in the dark on purpose. Also agree that it depends on the deal structure as much as the offer price. Who?/when?/shares//cash?
