RE:Bonus Royalties

RE:Bonus RoyaltiesMore deception from Boots333.
In my post as you have so cleverly copied and pasted above you can see that I clearly stated "three", properties. I never said four(4). You added that lie on your own.
I also said through out my post that my numbers were "about". About means relatively close, not necessarily perfect. And I ended my post with " these are rudimentary numbers and calculations." Duh!
But since you brought it up lets take a closer look shall we.
- Ponton is not in the Chiapas group of blocks. Not even nearby in fact.
- Ponton has zero (0) production. Nada. Zilch.
- When you take Ponton out of your deceptive list of royalty rates, the average is now 72.29%!!!!!  NOT 60%!!!!!!!!!!
- So with 28% of boe left to them, they have to pay themselves, future drilling and work overs and all the other goodies these companies incur. That doesn't leave much for us.....the owners.
So funny how my rudimentary numbers and calculations are far more accurate then your smart numbers are.
And these cripplingly high rates are not just an introductory rate on old boe. Near as I can tell they roll forward with any new boe. So in effect these "no brainer" blocks will never make any money. And ROI knows this. That is why they have jumped at the Lukoil deal. That is why it's where they are going to put the vast majority of their attention. They will in my opinion try to sell the Chiapas blocks in the future to raise cash.
ROI is holding the Amatitlan property out as a shiny object to take attention away from the poor deals they made at auction.
