RE:RE:Derek Ogden tweeted this morning

RE:RE:Derek Ogden tweeted this morning Chuck and Bruce couldnt play nice. Also, Chuck is accused of doing something grey...

In 2014 when Chuck was fired, he owned some 14% of tweed (7 million shares). Nice right? I wonder what his position is now? If he played a couple of swings since then he may easily have twice as many shares?

Alleged Grey Bhv: Behind construction schdeule and over budget for the converstion of 1 Hershey, Chuck brought the a proposal for a construction loan to the Board of tweed, the board approved the percurment of the loan and Chuck moved on it, the grey issue is Chuck was the lender of the money and at the time of his firing, he accually owned a portion of 1 Hershey.

There is/was an ongoing wrongful dismissal suit and counter suit between Chuck and CGC.... I can't find any recent news as to the status of the suit/counter nor if Chuck still owns his portion of Canopies Flag Ship headquaters...

If anyone has legitimate updated info, I'd love to know if Chuck still owns Canopies Headquarters and the status of the legal action...pretty juicy gossip to pass the time while we wait for the next run up this fall...
