Automodular shareholder

In September 2015, we received $2.65 from Automodular on a Dutch auction buyback.

Today, we have a value of $1.95 from HLS (11.74*.1658) and $0.47 (($7M-$800k for HST)/13M shares) that we should received from GM eventually. Finally, we will have $4M (0.31/share) in escrow in 2 years.

In summary, with the escrow waiting period, I will have waste 4 years+ to end up with almost the same value. No really impressed.
