Looking weak this morning, falling on no volume.  Retail getting frustrated by lack of communication? Some leaving before AGM? maybe.  On the AGM, this Thursday, Easter long weekend, I have seen companies release news late on the last trading days of long weekends, Monday may be a holiday for the market in Canada as well I don't know, to try and bury it.  Why, I have never known, news is news, good or bad, possible it is a throwback to the days of ticker tape when it was a strategy, but it still happens, hope it is a coincidence.  Good Luck
