and the Niger Delta is, well google it.  Shell has the sort of dedication to truth and logic that would make even Trump proud. Their message on CCS (shared by Brad Wall) is clear: we did our part so if that wasn't good enough better put it off for another decade. Look away, nothing to see here, nothing to tax and nothing to be done until some magical technology solves everything. And meanwhile drill baby drill.
