RE:RE:RE:RE:HaltedBut they have an open PP, so until it closed they should not have been actively working on something like a jv should they?  Any internally initiated plans that could benefit the pp people would need to be put on the back burner until the pp is complete would it not?

if that is true then this must be something from an outside source, something unsolicited or the signing of an already/previously announced contract or something.  People get wind of it and they could attempt to get in on the pp.  wonder what will happen with the pp now?

wait an see I guess, if the news does not come out tonight I will have to get up early here on the west coast.
