Potential competition

Potential competitionDoes anyone know how NSHS’s patent on their Nanosphere Delivery System is any different than LXRP’s patent on Dehydratech? I’m no bioscience major but they sound very similar to me? They got a decent run out of this announcement so far today.. I’m a big believer in the future need for companies to partner with Lexaria in order to use Dehydratech given that edibles/topicals will eventually make up a large portion of the cannabis market. The fact that another company has patented something that sounds extremely similar is concerning. Especially if this is a cheaper/not as advanced version of Dehydratech. I feel like most companies would opt for the cheaper option as long as it gets the job done. Thoughts by those more educated on the science than I?
