I honestly don't think it's going to make much of a difference (Hopefully I'm wrong). It doesn't change anything, and it's basically just publically announcing what everyone already knew (or assumed). We might see a higher open, and a push to 10$ maybe even a bit over. Once the shares are fully tendered, the next NR should be a good one!
