While we're waitingIn the case of a takeover, the price of the transaction will be determined by the valuation of the company realized by accountants, lawers and professionnals of the sector. The share price and the market cap does not necessarily represent the reality of the valuation. It represent the perception of the valuation. So in others words the share price means NOTHING.
I'm in the startup buisiness and I can tell it's really hard to tell how much worth a company when this company don't have started to sell his product. But we already know the the big pharmas will do a lot to have this gem, so ask yourself : What is the fair price for Prometic ? Under or over 900 millions ? Which pharma will offer the best deal ?
So for now all the small investors including myself, analysts who study this company, bashers (paid or not), pumpers (paid or not), are in the perception mode. The fair share price will came soon...
