RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Low volumePerhaps, some good points. Standard multiple is about 10x for these types of business, so 7x doesn't seem too generous.

These businesses aren't rocket science. I figure there were too many chefs in the kitchen before, and the thinning out of leadership will benefit the company.

They may be able to take a simpler approach and grow the company. I still see way more upside to the warrants than downside and 3.75 years is a lot of time to work with.
