RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:dow jones up 200 pointsYou seem to be the one delfecting not me. What have you answered and more importantly, what is the "important questin of the debate".
For the record I do think these warrants are undervalued and should be in around .45 based on days remaining until strike price, stock price, and volatility. Not because I compare it to a peer on a sheer $value.
Namaste Market cap is 373M and SP 1.73
Warrants are .48 with strike price of 3.15 so essentially 1.8 times current SP
The warrants are about 28% of current SP.
Newstrike Market cap is 409M and SP is 1.05 (Hint - HIP is more valuable company even at a lower SP)
Warrants are .18 with strike price of 1.75 so essentially 1.7 times current SP
The warrants are about 17% of current SP.
So if you want to compare based simply off of ratios the warrants are basically worth the same intrinsic value.
However when calculating warrant value its intrinsic plus time factor and volatility. When you add this together I feel HIP.WT warrants are worth closer to .45 than the current .18. Its because of this valuation of warrants I feel this and not becasue Namaste warrants are simply worth .48.
You need to compare apples to apples
