This is great news! Yes it is at $1 per share and they are getting a steal, but this is great news given a key success factor for this company is to not just grow organically but grow through acquisitions. My initial concern was that the company financed Adman through debt  (given how bad this stock trades), but to have a private placement of this size reassures the company can continue with its strategy.

Q3 will be a key quarter foe this company but hooefully managemenr gets momentum ahead of time to hit this stock out the park.


The PP is at a very substantial discount to the 30 day average price, and they're paying a steep 7% underwriting fee to boot.  Very high cost of capital here.
