Thanks for sharing all your DD . One thing is , that the 1.40 share price that is factored in now has no bearing in the future for the next 75 percent . The share price may be different in 6 months . The same valuation is 3.5 million Euros for 25 percent. Multiply that by 3 and you get 10.5 million Euros . So hopefully when the time comes to get the next 75 percent the stock will be trading higher and that will mean less dilution . Anyways thanks for the info and lets see what transpires . Cheers !
