RE:Watch when that fake ask at 0.50$ gets pulled

I'm kind of confused with the whole bid and ask. I price for bid are the people wanting to buy and the people asking are what they want to sell at. But I am confused when the board is talking about a wall? and stock manipulation with these prices? and "holding the sp down". Can someone provide some insight? Sorry, kind of new to this.
