M&A, BXE and the next asset sales?
A significant deal took place yesterday in the Permian Basin and CXO acquired RSPP. Another energy deal will likely happen soon and Razor Energy (RZE) will finally be acquired by an energy fund. RZE is one of the absurdly cheap, oil-weighted producers in the energy sector. RZE's insider ownership is high too, so insiders' interests are fully aligned with shareholders'. 
 
So I think that  the time has come and BXE could likely sell a couple of producing assets to reduce its leverage given that its leverage currently exceeds 6 times. Ideas?
