Their investments are not worth 20-40 million (the reason people are selling off as the stock hit .64), and all their investments are in companies that doesn't have a lot revenues, no dividens for another 7-8 years. 

In addition! They realize they can't attract new investors with their strategy of throwing money at high risk businesses, such as crypto. So they are splitting the companies up, investor's money is being split up...

two options, their new entity might be worthless or they might try and combine low return investments with high and try to pass it off as a success.
