RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Based on the NRI can’t comment on the valuation, but don’t the various lawsuits have to be taken into account in some way?

I know Niko says “more likely than not that there will not be an outflow of resources” (or something like that it is a lawyerly double negative)...but the cloud is still there isn’t it?
