RE:RE:RE:1 of 2 replies from Fred 1st time i have emailed himWell , I received the same response about controls , and as erroneously reported bad chemistry is not in fact true ... according to the company .. I can admit I jumped on that .... but why preempt the FDA other than to spin the story with a bias ...makes me wonder ...

still the the issue is dilution via the shelf it’s going to be discounted ...terrible
and I still believe executive  played a game for a long time and should have had results based on cash spent and time up to bat. Further, I still believe, executive have self enriched at the expense of the company and I hardly feel bad for them as shareholders , after all what did they do for their shares besides collect a paycheque ..

It’s going to go one of two ways ...
dilution and sp dies and  yet they get fda and get onto producing. Prove out the finances and get profitable ..takes a couple years to come back into the 1.50 range
dilution and they continue without results ... 5 cents , golden parachutes  and scooped.
( if executive start leaving , retiring etc ...)   Its game over  other than PL he needs to go .....
reverse split while not inevitable, now peaks up over the horizons.

based on their track record 23 years, they’ll , figure out a way to keep the train moving ..
but, it’s going to be as always ...... at the shareholders expense ...
