RE:RE:RE:For nowHappy Easter everyone!!

Bullmoose you are correct, going private doesn't make sense.  They lose the ability to raise cash now and in the future.  It will only make sense for someone who is loaded with money.  It's the way they're restructuring and nothing more.  We will know more later.

Bueboy you have an interesting theory.  I think it's a bit different and simpler.  You know when you have a race - bike, running or car - you start each race in a season with let's say 20 competitors.  That was the graphite JV field 3 - 5 years ago.  I would of never thought a few years laters how many of these competitors are either not around or haven't advanced at all.  So now when GLK goes to start a race, some of their main competitors that were at the starting line before are not there.  Sometimes it's a field of one or two and the bet is they will win a few of these races.  So if someone needs graphite now, they will ask do you have a commercial plant.  No-one does.  Which means they are going to win some races that they would never of won before.  They're not starting these races healthy, they have debt and some dues / fines to pay, but they're in the race at least.  So I am a bit impatient  on what they're doing but I think they'll be ok.  I will think about other investments until they announce their plans.
