RE:RE:Bepando - our legal "expert", your really scared meyour right SIM, this funny guy made himself a laughing steeek.

What really frustrates me is the inability of shareholders (for unknown to me reasons) to bring Mr. Lauren, Pierre to justice and make him pay for this fiasco and collapse of the stock which just in very recent memory was hovering around $3.00 with target of $4.00 by a laundry list of "respectable" and also highly paid analysts.

It seems to me fundamentally unfair that CEOs (ultimately responsible for THE creation of shareholder's value) fail miserably, destroy the company and......   stay in place or jump the ship still having in their pockets MILLIONS of dollars of SHAREHOLDER'S MONEY.

We've got a systemic problem here if you ask me.
