Question on marketing stream contacts

Brad, I have a question for you concerning marketing streams if you are still monitoring this board. On Input Capital’s Facebook page it mentions that farmers have until April 15 to sign up for this year’s marketing stream pricing. Does this mean that new marketing streams are no longer created after the 15th. I thought marketing streams could be created throughout the year in a rather easy fashion, albeit farmers become much busier during the summer and autumn months.

i will appreciate any information regarding this. Thanks
