Maybe, just maybe, a "few of those" have a little more insight than most here with their unfounded optmism and positive speculation.
But all is good right? 
Again, wait for that permit news to try and prop this thing up.
With 20% + of all trades still being short, time to start dreaming about how good the Q3 numbers are going to be to send us back above 1. Maybe this next quarter the spending won't climb at the same rate as the revenue?
