deisman, JCP maybe testing a theory that if a trust company with its management/directors own as little as 6 and bit percentage of this company, then JCP maybe able to seek 51 % support from financial institutions which own or control the bulk of units. A lot of the units in RRSP and TFSA are frozen waiting for SP to go back to $9. Sorry, I don't have phony wishful thinking for you good folks. Sell if you're tired of waiting.
