Bombardier if they were smart would get that plant built in the USA-
take advantage of the tax there and show the airlines that they are ready to accept firm orders and options and be ready to deliver when called upon -
The longer you wait your competition will steal orders -
Lets get this J/V done with as soon as possible and get matters progressing rather then regressing -talk is cheap
