RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:For nowWhen you re-structure you can do many things.  Did you know that GLK had an innovation division a few years back.  Some mining companies create sub-companies in the country they are mining.  Or maybe have a sub-company under their main company that focus on certain details. When  you do that you have to set-up a management structure.  

Most likely Novocarbon will focus on just batteries and New Energy Metals will have a broader scope.  That's just a guess though since they are being technical but i can confirm they all still work together right now.  Send Paul Gorman an e-mail to confirm he still works there...
