Wow, bought deal at 26.60, explains alotIn their acquisition news release, the transacation was to be completed with cash on hand and debt financing, specifically term loans. That was at beginning of day, by end of day they are doing a offering. Again, WOW.   Pretty un trustworthy management, all to help out the banks dong the bought deal!!
