RE:Market is down as is the sectorWhich news are you speaking of. If phase 2 news then yes. Those will be closer to phase 3 trials. 

As for the patent issuance news, the 2nd branchout news that is in the near future. Before anything from GvHD study comes out. At least this is what I have grasped from speaking with Rob.
