Super tough finding a penny stock that acts in the shareholders best interest

Yes, they are very hard, if not impossible, to find. Actually I don’t know a single one which purely works for non-insiders’ best interest but that’s understandable and ok as these guys don’t run so called “charities”. Most of which are anything but charities but that’s a topic which doesn’t belong here.
 
There are some who give outsiders a fair shake and that’s about as much as “we” can ask for.
 
I for one look for “later greed” as in little greed during the start-up phase and increasing greed as these start-ups turn into real / profitable companies.
 
UAV is currently clearly not taking the “later greed” approach by awarding themselves nothing short of idiotic share based compensation and issuing financial results related NR’s (the last 2) which are designed to detract from the actual results as in profit and loss.
 
Been in micro / nano caps for over 40 years and I know that this sort of approach does not work very long.
