RE:What would the benefit of a partnership with Goldstar be?Goldstar has nothing except claims and some work on exploring their claims. They do not have any "indicated" nor "inferred" resources so they are a long long way from mining. They also have limited capital so there is nothing that they would currently be bringing to a tie up with ADEX other than if they did find metals in adjoining areas, they might be interested in processing them at ADEX facilities at the end of ADEX mine life, or earlier if economically advantageous. If they have the ability to raise cash, and are motivated to get going on mining, they might offer a buy out, but it doesn't look like they have that kind of money. GH would want to recuperate their investment of $30-40 million and the development costs were estimated in 2012 as $130 million for the Fire Tower Zone and $ 71 million for the North Zone.
