RE:Back inI backed out last week when I realised that cannot actually refinance a mortgage.
Imagine you are an existing mortgage holder, you call your bank and ask them to refinance you and they tell you they no longer do that. 

I was very optimistic they had turned the corner, but I am now questioning whether or not they will stick around.
