RE:RE:News - Big Data Solutions Video ClipYou're easily entertained, I guess... I find more interesting reading in the company financial reports... take this juicy tidbit for instance:
Also, the Company entered into a two year proprietary service agreement with another company that, at the time, had certain common directors and officers with the Company and is also a shareholder of the Company, to provide ERP services and other maintenance services. The agreement includes a one-time customization fee of $90,000 to be paid in three installments, a one-time installation fee of $10,000 and a monthly service fee of $10,000. Pretty lucrative deal for "ERP services." Do you know what "ERP services" are? "Enterprise Resource Planning" is a fancy term for one I'm sure you're more familiar with: "Bullshhit."
https://www.panorama-consulting.com/the-warning-signs-of-erp-consulting-fraud/ Not that I am, but if one were so inclined, that report passage could be interpreted to indicate that someone (I wonder who?) was playing the shell game and moving money around from DM into a bogus consulting company they own and then, I dunno, maybe into their own pockets?
But that's ok... right?
That's all in the past... right?
Could never happen here... right?
All in my humble, not-accusatory opinion, of course!
