OR can we blame current management? See Page 2 and 3/24 of recent MD&A:

 "The drill program has expanded the foot print of the known gold mineralization and no drilling from the western step-out drilling will be used." !!?? Really?
  "An assay cut-off of January 2018 was used for the database for the resource estimate update with more recent holes not included."  Oh, isnt THAT interesting??
  "A total of 116 new drill holes from the current drill program (not 200!) will be used in the new resource estimate."  Huh?
