No...unfortunately. Just hope... and optimism

But its been a while and the EP should have com thru by now... no idea.. but I guess it's inefficiencies and whimsicalities of developing (TW) countries / govts...


The Indian corts are getting more strict and have extended the ban last week on several mines.. so these graphite processors should be desperate for supplies now. That much is real.
