Yes, you are missing a lot. You should learn how to read a balance sheet which includes not only assets (of which cash is only one item) but also liabilities, and in terms of the expansion which they are now undergoing I would expect abcann to have quite a lot of liabilities on the balance sheet. We need to see a current balance sheet to place a value on the stock which at this stage of their development can only be based on breakup value which is total assets less total liabilities. The true value of abcann (not unlike most companys) can only be based on bottom line earnings and this company has had no bottom line (in other words net) earnings so everything else is based on potential earnings which at this point  is nothing more than hype. Accounting 101......
