RE:RE:RE:FF open letter to shareholdersYou guys bring some valid points..however being new I look at things differently and am not affected by sour grapes by being under water with this stock.(although understandable)..let me explain..
FF has made amendments and now conveniently some of the amendments have come true..this has taken far too quickly a time period for FF to have influenced anything...deals dont materialise in the time since FF first lodged its public compalint(march 20)..OBE management had the exact deal FF was pandering ALREADY in the making.
As for the executives FF wants to install, well they appear to be very qualified however I wonder the true intentions of trying to install them..partisonship perhaps?
The othe rand most critical flaw with FF's tactics is the low ownership...they admit to owning @ %6 of the outstanding shares...so in anyones books they have an uphill struggle.
In these cases its the norm to support the company and not the minority of disgrunted shareholders...at least it appears a minority. These BB's dont count for anything and they never will.
There are always unhappy investors when they lose money and dont see the way the way things go as being fast enough to recover their losses..I certainly understand that.
But I think we are missing some very interesting points. Its so far all one sided....upset investors being the loudest..but will they be a majority?
I'll go on record here and say based on my own experience...no.
