Good question.

Tom was missing and his whole technical team underneath him were missing as well.
Last year, we had the whole lot. 

If I were to guess..I don't think Tom would want to his team answering questions without a confirmation before answering. Just speculation on my part. Or maybe because there was no formal presentation...Tom and team figured it would just be a pass all the items and leave the room without any Questions. Thankfully the Board members were quite receptive to questions.

Last time Tom/Eric were out of town...Brooke ran the meeting and a presentation.
