$2,750 x 33% taxation, consisting of, 4.6% Nevada State Tax, 3.65% Clark County Tax, 10% Recreational Excise Tax and 15% Wholesale Distribution Tax, brings a retailers cost to ~ $3,650 on the lb.
1lb, consisting of 454 grams, would gross between $6,800 - $9,080, at $15-$20/gram, respectively. Now, obviously you cannot expect the product to be sold at the lowest common denominator, in 1 gram increments, so assume some marginal level of reduction to pricing based upon economies of scale to the retail purchaser - meaning per gram costs will be reduced on a graduating scale upon purchases of larger increments, 1/8th, 1/4, etc...
A rough estimation, after factoring in additional costs (licensing, overhead, etc...) would be a bottom-line mark-up on the revenue generated per lb in the 50-65% range.

"The company has already secured a highly desired retail location in anticipation of new retail applications. We expect the state to release new applications sometime this quarter and it is further anticipated that any new applications will only be issued to currently active facilities.” A highly desired retail location could be near the Strip.
