RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MD&A

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MD&AIt's tough for a company in terms of PRs.  I have some companies where shareholders yell 'Tell me everything!' while others yell 'Tell me only material things!'.  NovoCarbon isn't new, we just found out about it recently.  Whether we should have found about it earlier depends on who you ask because it holds no material value to shareholders.  I looked at past PRs and they have hinted about doing work at research facilities and joining groups in NY State so not surprising.

Someone brought it up because they thought incorrectly the company was going private and management changed.  Since they gave the worst picture people started freaking out and some shareholders got upset.  If management wanted to keep this quiet until new developments happened they can't anymore because some are worried about the future of the company.  So they answered questions.  This isn't insider information, there is no gain to get from this.  We have the shareholder vote in May for the new company.  Then we will start trading, get some PRs - love it or hate it, and then move on from there.
