RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:i am supporting jcp

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:i am supporting jcpExcellent expose' on the inner workings of loan covenants and management.  As you say
Deisman,  as long as they continue making their scheduled loan payments,  why would any
bank or financial institution holding these loans call them?   It would be contrary to their vested
interests to do so when they are making a nice, steady return business on those loans.

It looks to me that slowly but surely,  Cirius is in the process of adressing the areas of concern
that were highlighted by the short attack.   While the damage hurt holders,  it is not irreparable
and should be able to be repaired with careful stewardhip from mgmnt going forward.  Meanwhile,
collect the nice dividend while waiting for that loss of confidence to be restored.  I think the prospects
for this trust are better now than before.  The flaws have been exposed and that will be the spur
to mgmt to be very prudent in the future.
