This has nothing to do with market correction and everything to do with integrity of a company.  In no way has there been a conclusion that it is the individual broker that is responsible but there is a clear conclusion that the company is responsible for not forwarding the paper work to the individual independent brokers.  I have been long with CMM for almost two years and sold at 1.18 as my broker  sold the shares based on merit and stock portfolio.  Also invested in many other mj companies.  The issue is integrity.  I cannot stand by a company that knowingly deceives shareholders as they could have had all the paper completed as responsible directors.  Prior to the opening, i discovered that the transfer was not completed, thus freezing my shares, the decision to sell my shares was initiated and thankfully successful through the broker.  It just stinks!!  I just will not have anything to do with these types of companies and support the mj industry to function with integrity as its all of our responsibility.
