The wild cardIf Shell did give the green light to their LNG export facility later this year, that would boost all natural gas producers, and give an extra shot in the arm to BBI, as their condensate is already both high priced, and in high demand.
In the event that happens, all bets are off the table and I would hesitate to sell for less than a buck in the next 8 months. The energy situation is in a state of constant change in Western Canada, and one has to always be alert and ready to adjust their analysis.
Lots of possibilities, nothing written in stone yet, except for the fact BBI has proven they have liquids-rich, and more importantly, condensate-rich, production over their entire land base.
