What's the future of NGH.H

What's the future of NGH.HI just read the Management's Discussion and Analysis February 22th.

What's the plan for this company, I'm trying to find some info about, but I can't find the future plan... Looks like this company will not have something to happen this year... Why people invest in it ?


During fiscal 2018, the company expects that will have no revenues and no significant fixed expenses...
