The Utilities business also includes other storage facilities and contracts for interstate natural gas transportation and storage services, as well as WGL Energy Services, Inc., which sells natural gas and electricity. Midstream is a North American platform that connects customers and markets from wellhead to tidewater. The three pillars of the Midstream business include global exports, which includes its two operational Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) export terminals and one prospective development terminal; natural gas gathering, processing and extraction, and fractionation and liquids handling.

Terrible attempt at trying to get the stock price down to buy cheaper. Why wouldn't the earnings be good. The last couple of quarters have been good and I don't see what would have made that change over the last quarter, do you? Two reasons the stock is down where it is right now- management did a 180 on California asset sales and the market hates surprises like that since shareholders are left wondering where is that money now coming from to pay for the rest of the WGL acquisition. The other reason is the overall markets especially when it comes to energy related companies, whether it be explorers, producers,pipelines, whatever. You have a clueless , pretty boy running things up here that does not want any company to be succesfull unless its situated in Quebec and then the Americans have a typical loud-mouth bully running the show south of the border that just cant shut up for even 24 hours and let these markets recover. So, to say the earnings will be no good and implying that the stock is down because it is a company specific reason is an idiotic and careless statement , but that's just my opinion.
