Percy Street and Livewell Foods will enter a definitive agreement (the "AmalgamationAgreement") pursuant to which Percy Street, or a newly incorporated subsidiary of Percy Street, and Livewell Foods will complete a three-corner.


I am not sure how you are so certain it can not be Livewell and Percy street ? Says a newly incorporated subsidiary of both companies is possible . I understand it’s speculation but would not rule it out , unless you can send a link or further information??
