It'll be significant. 21% on 500 million feet @ $700 CAD would be $70 millionCAD. Granted taking out the SLA could reduce prices a bit. But it's worth likely at least $30 Million or over a buck a share in earnings to CFF.
I think CFF is worth in the low $20/share range now, but this would maybe push it to mid-$20s/share right not. Long term in peak cycle this is worth over $30/share.
As someone said there are a lot of earnings being generated here and not a lot of shares. Do the math.
